All squash and racquetball racquets purchased from Squash Only Australia come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Other products can also have a 1 year warranty, but the warranty can vary so please email us to determine the warranty period.
If you experience any problems with your racquet or product, please send us an email outlining the product concern and return the damaged item back to our warehouse. Once we receive your racquet or product, we will pass it on to the manufacturer to analyse and to determine if it falls under the manufacturer's terms and conditions for replacement. We will notify you the outcome of your warranty assessment as soon as possible. In addition, warranties only covers manufacturing fault and none of the manufacturers offer any form of warranty in relation to string breakage or wear as items such as grips, strings or bumpers which are considered 'consumable' and cannot be returned as faulty.
Final manufacturers warranty approvals are based on inspection of the broken racquet to determine whether or not it has an inherent defect. Due to the nature of the game it is more likely that the break is due to one or more incidents on court (hitting walls being most common). The racquet will be evaluated based on age, general condition of the racquet and the nature of the break. We will reply promptly and if a replacement is approved by the individual manufacturer. if your racquet has been discontinued we will provide you with a suitable replacement model.
