Squash Only is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so we built our 30 days no questions asked returns policy with the help of our customers! You are always welcome to return any unused products in its original condition within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, credit, or a full refund (shipping cost excluded).

Provided you have not used your racquet or product and it's in the same unused condition as when we sent it to you, we are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange if it is returned within 30 days of your purchase. All racquets must still have the original plastic sleeve on the handle to be eligible for a no questions asked return. 

The Squash Only Returns Policy in no way limits your rights as a consumer as outlined by the Australian Consumer Law.

Frequently Asked Return or Exchange Questions

Can I return or exchange items I've bought?
Yes, of course. All purchases are covered by a 30 day returns and exchanges policy.
Contact us for a Return Authorisation to arrange a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused (besides having being tried on for fit) and in original saleable condition with packaging and labels intact. Shoes should only be tried on indoors to avoid scuffing the soles.

Who pay’s postage for returned or exchanged items?
You will not pay for return postage if the item was received damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent. In other cases, you will need to pay for return postage. When returning items for a refund, any delivery charges you paid with your original order are not refundable. All Exchanges within Australia will be posted from Squash Only back to the customer Free Of Charge.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

Where can I return my purchase?
Whether you made your purchase online or in our warehouse showroom, we want to ensure that returning a product is easy and stress free. You can return a product back to warehouse for an Exchange, Credit or Refund. Make sure you have your purchase information (such as order number) handy so our team can finalise your return.

When will I receive my refund, exchange or store credit?
Once we receive your return, we will send you a notification email once the credit or refund has been applied to your account or the exchanged item has been dispatched.

How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 2 business days. The refund is issued back to the same method of payment on which your original order was placed. 
 
Do you provide warranty?
Yes, all items are covered by their respective manufacturer's standard warranty. All warranty claims must be pre-arranged by contacting us for a Return Authorisation.
